Terms & Conditions
Introduction
Welcome to The Andrew Bull Companies Ltd!
The Andrew Bull Companies Ltd is a business built around the intellectual property, wisdom, and skills of Andrew Bull and his growing team. We are a small business, though we have aspirations to grow. Our terms and conditions are written in plain, reasonable terms, avoiding the complex legal jargon used by larger companies.
We provide coaching, books, merchandise, public speaking, and other related services. You can purchase our services either through a consultative process or via our e-commerce stores on The Andrew Bull Companies websites. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Payment Terms
We accept credit and debit card payments via Stripe, as well as bank transfers. While we may introduce PayPal as a payment method in the future, it is not currently available.
For e-commerce purchases, payment is required immediately at the time of purchase. For larger consultative sales, specific payment terms will be communicated to you during the bidding/sales process.
Please rest assured that we will never take payment from your account or cards without your explicit permission. Payment will only be processed if you have signed up for a subscription contract with us (e.g., a monthly membership), are completing a one-off e-commerce transaction, or have given us specific authorization to do so.
Order Process
When purchasing through our e-commerce store, the process is as follows:
- Select the product(s) you wish to purchase.
- Choose the quantity.
- You will be shown the total price for the product(s) and the cost of shipping.
- You can then decide whether to proceed with the purchase.
After completing your purchase, you will receive order details on-screen and via email. This information constitutes a legally binding contract between us: you pay for the product or service, and we deliver it as described. We strive to honour these commitments and expect the same from you.
For large-volume orders beyond what is available through our e-commerce platform, please contact us via our Contact Us page, and we will be glad to assist.
Please note that for any size of order, especially large orders, we may contact you to verify the validity of your purchase before completing the order. This helps us prevent fraudulent transactions and ensures that our genuine customers receive their orders.
Product Information and Pricing
We aim to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, these may change. For example, if we receive a large order of books, we may temporarily run out of stock. We will do our best to avoid such situations.
Please note that product images on our website may vary slightly from the actual product, but we strive to ensure that what you receive is very similar to what is depicted.
We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing and product descriptions. Should such an error occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Shipping Policy
Our detailed shipping policy is available on a separate page. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout for e-commerce purchases. For large-volume or consultative sales, shipping costs will be outlined on your invoice.
Returns and Refunds
For information on returns and refunds, please see our dedicated page. Generally, products must be returned in a condition fit for resale and within the specified timeframe. Refunds will only be issued using the original payment method. Refunds are only available on physical products.
Privacy Policy
We take your privacy seriously. Our full privacy policy is available [link to privacy policy].
